Heaven is where wishes come true
People can find you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Any information you want them to have is available, even when you’re asleep, or working, or away on holiday. It’s available all the time, without a break.
To let them know the answers to their questions, or give them details of special offers, you no longer need to wait until they telephone you or email you or call in.
If you want, you can also put up contact or order forms, so that customers can tell you what they want, or place orders, without any work on your part.
Michael is the Web Costa Blanca webmaster.
He has worked on many Web sites, both large and small, in Spain and the UK.
A Web site gives you credibility with your customers. It will also give you a chance to show them what you can do.
Your business has something to offer—that’s why you work at it. You can show people what you have to offer, not only through words, but through photos, videos, maps, questionnaires, games, animations, exciting page designs…
E-mail addresses with your company as the domain look so much more professional than a Gmail or hotmail address. And you can have several, all with yourcompany.com in their body, and a different name or business role in their head: you can have jill@yourcompany.com, as well as c.e.o@yourcompany.com, and so on.
This may also be a way of standing out from the competition.
Look at what you have to pay for a year’s hosting, and compare it with any other form of marketing or advertising. A Web site is clearly better value for money.
Let’s say you have a new idea. Or you have a better idea than you had an hour ago. You’ve thought up a special offer. Or you have new information to pass on. What now?
With a Web site, all updates, corrections and additions can be carried out in minutes—or even seconds. You can upload the new stuff yourself or, with a deal like Web Costa Blanca’s Webmaster Services, it’s just one email or telephone call—and the job is done.
